This is where I share my experiences on product and leadership, some frameworks (my favorite!) and companion articles to my talks.

As I begin navigating starting my own thing, I’ll share my learnings there as well.

I’ll also occasionally post about other things that I’m passionate about, like my dabbling in painting and such.

Who are you?

I’m Andrea Chesleigh, and I run Product at Boxed.

I’ve previously been at One Kings Lane, Rent the Runway, Zappos, and Verizon, where I’ve run cross-functional teams including product, UX/product design, site merchandising, engineering, QA, creative, and product analytics.

I also co-lead the NYC chapter of Women in Product with two amazing product leaders, Inga Chen and Prerna Singh, and have given talks on various product topics. I’m a mentor in First Round Capital’s Fast Track Program and a founding member of Chief.
